As a professional Fitness Trainer and Fitness Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a stronger, healthier and pain-free lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.


My method for personal training is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to help you reach your goals safely and effectively while supporting long-term health and wellness changes.


My classes are all about making fitness fun while creating a sense of community amongst the participants. All this is done while ensuring that you log off knowing that your health and fitness is number one in my mind.

About Me

Caroline Botting, BPE, CPT

I'm Caroline Botting, fitness instructor and trainer for my company Forever Strong. I've been at this whole training thing for a while now (over 10 years!) and within that time I’ve trained a wide spectrum of people from athletes, to couples, to new moms, to people with injuries, and everyone in between.

My background is in athletic therapy, which for those that don’t know what it is, is a therapist who is mainly involved in sport settings and are those cool peeps who run out on the field when athletes get injured.  That being said, I've always had an interest in the jump from injury rehab to everyday life and how to maintain a healthy, happy body for the long term. Over the past few years, and since I've become a mom, I've had an even deeper interest in how to get moms back to feeling confident and strong in their bodies. After taking some courses and certifications, and with a whole lot of blood, sweat, and tears, I’m living my dream of helping to empower ladies to move and groove their bodies with less fear and frustration.

Who am I really though? I am a woman who is married to a wonderful husband, and who has 2 kiddos. Training is my passion, but my family is my life. In my spare time I love to garden, play baseball, and explore new places by hiking with my family. 

Getting off the sidelines of your life and back into activities you love what I do. I'll bring knowledge and a plan to help get you there and keep you there for life!
