As a professional Fitness Trainer and Fitness Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a stronger, healthier and pain-free lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.
My method for personal training is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and most importantly, fitness goals. I aim to help you reach your goals safely and effectively while supporting long-term health and wellness changes.
My classes are all about making fitness fun while creating a sense of community amongst the participants. All this is done while ensuring that you go away knowing that your health and fitness is number one in my mind.

"I was looking to get back into a physical activity routine after having my first baby and Caroline was recommended to me through a moms group, and I'm so glad she was! My goal was to have regular activity, to increase my strength in a way that felt safe postpartum and fit it into my daughter's short and sporadic nap schedule. After our initial virtual consult Caroline set up a great program that increased in difficulty over time and fit into the 30 min windows I had available. The workout was challenging but also accessible enough that I never had an excuse to skip it. Through her coaching app and based on my workout video uploads, Caroline provided timely, helpful feedback on form and she offered flexibility in activities and exercises to meet my needs and skill level.
