Connection breath

One of the key things to explore, especially in the postpartum period is the concept of the connection breath. A connection breath is a way to connect your breath with your body. It is a way to engage your deep abdominals and pelvic floor, all while integrating your whole body as a system that controls internal pressures and moves together. Fancy words for saying that it can help your body move more efficiently and effectively. Have any questions about this concept or anything exercise related? Feel free to message me and we'll go through this and other things to make sure you feel confident and ready to take on your workouts! ***Video Disclaimer*** As with all exercise programs, when using this exercise video, and to reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program.
