HUB Series Workshop

A virtual 3 - session series to give you answers and strategies to tackle your nagging hip, back, and pelvic floor issues and get you back to doing the activities you love most.

Is this you?

Dealing with nagging injuries that you can’t quite find the root of.

Constantly feeling tight in the hips and low back, and dealing with back and pelvic pain.

Dealing with incontinence (leaking urine) or feeling like your insides are coming out of you (pelvic organ prolapse, hernias) whenever you go to run or jump.

If this sounds like what you're dealing with, it doesn’t have to be your reality from now on. There are ways to combat these issues and get you feeling more ready to move and groove the way you want to, whenever you want to.

Enough of coming home after work, or it being the end of the day and you’re feeling achy and sore.

Enough of having to avoid the activities you love for the sake of worrying about injuries or re-injury.

It’s time to get some information and some real training strategies to help you feel more like you and have the control of your body that you want and deserve.

In going through the Women’s Pelvic Health Workshop (which I suggest you attend prior to this series), you've gone through figuring out your core canister and managing your pressures. That was step one on the quest to decrease the incidences of incontinence, back and pelvic pain, as well as the symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse.

Step two and three are to figure out how the HUB works and then how your canister works within your HUB. These are the steps that will work to decrease the nagging hip and back pain that may be plaguing you and your ability to move and groove how you want, when you want.

Within the 3 part workshop series we will cover issues surrounding female fitness including:

What is the HUB and why it matters.

The 3 facets to training the HUB.

How to modify for now and progress pain and symptom free.

How to coordinate your HUB, canister, and body to deal with what life throws at you including impact such as running and jumping.

Not only will the session include actionable information but it will give you an opportunity to move and really feel what training the HUB can do for you. You’ll get to practice the strategies and to ask the questions you need answered.

Nothing is TMI in this supportive online environment.

As a woman in sport, I know that there are instances when your body seems to have forgotten what it's supposed to do. It hits you with symptoms such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and back and pelvic pain. These situations can lead to feelings of uncertainty and thoughts towards stopping playing the sport you love. Whether you've had babies or not, your pelvic floor and body as a whole might not be working as optimally as you would like.

I'm here to offer information about the symptoms and injuries that a woman's body may be experiencing as well as strategies to go forward and move confidently and worry-free.
